From next 19th and until the Saturday, August 23rd, the participants of the event will interact in achievement workshops of cartoons led by the specialists of the study Anima in Holguín, that accumulate a profuse trajectory in its only six years of founded with works like "Abdala: El retorno de los señores de Xibalba", tens of video clips and its collaboration in the adventures serial Adrenalina 360.

Along with these practical lessons and lectures on the millennial art of the capricious drawings of the Japanese, the CPAP has prepared a parallel audio-visual program that is exhibited, in the local multiscreen cinema Casablanca.

The cinematographic publicity board includes approximately 25 movies in its majority of animation (although also of real action) inspired in famous Japanese cartoon stories, as well as the making off of The Princess Mononoke and two documentaries related to the history and characteristics of the anime.

Four projects of graphic novel compete in this IV event for the award of the contest, consisting on the publication of the work; while pieces of approximately seventeen artists compete the same way in the lounge of visual arts convened by Art Comic, which will remain to public exhibition from tonight in an exhibit of the gallery República 289.

In the same cultural institution, the creators of Havana, Holguín, Ciego de Ávila and from the host province, will know about the outcomes of the battle, which will be granted in the closing gala ceremony and prize-giving ceremony, on Saturday at 8:30 p.m.
