Juvenile acne, also known as acne vulgaris, is an inflammatory disease of the pilosebaceous unit (anatomical structure of the skin that includes the hair follicle and the sebaceous gland) that mainly affects adolescents and young adults. It is characterized by a clinical polymorphism composed of non-inflammatory lesions (comedone) popularly known as blackheads or pimples, inflammatory lesions (papules, pustules, nodules, cysts) and residual lesions (scars).


 The Immunological Thrombocytopenic Purpura disease is so named because it can produce purple patches or spots on the skin, Thrombocytopenic because platelets drop to less than 100,000 cubic millimeters (mm3) and Immunological due to the presence of antibody against the platelets. Currently called Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia, to define the absence of an underlying cause that justifies the decline of platelets and the term purpura is eliminated because the disease does not always produce them.

Vitiligo is a disease that causes the skin to lose pigmentation, it attacks the melanocyte (cell of the skin and eyes that produces and contains the pigment called melanin, that is, it gives color to the skin). It is still not known for sure what its cause is, although there are several theories such as a neurogenic one, which foresees the neural condition; the cytotoxic one, which conceives the toxins that the organism releases and affects the normal and physiological functioning of this cell to secrete this pigment; and another one based on genetic predisposition. It is even said that they all make a synergy so that the condition appears.
