Cultural management in the Carlos Manuel de Céspedes municipality is shown as an unstoppable race towards success, due to the active participation of its inhabitants in three local development projects backed by the Community Initiatives Exchange and Reference Center (Cieric) .

Until the end of June, the province of Camagüey registers a contribution of 487 thousand 900 pesos as a result of the progress of six local development projects, based on the joint strategy of the University of Camagüey (UC), the municipal governments and working groups created to promote that program.
