One of these transmitting centers, the tower 158 meters high placed in Tagarro to the west of the city of Camagüey, one of the highest of the country, in these moments is under maintenance by the Brigade of Construction and Assembly of this Company in order to extend the radio of action and the quality of the transmissions.

This specialized team directed by young Julián Pimienta Guevara, has to work with maximum efficiency both at ground and in the antenna comparable to a building of 52 apartments, where each of its seven members must be capable of dominate not only constructive techniques in this type of work, but also to solve, with common sense, difficulties that could be presented on the tower. The Brigade is provided with a team of professionals that plans the strategies, assembles, repairs and executes the works and dismantling of towers and antennas.

With these functions the Brigade of Construction and Assembly offers guarantee for the services of other companies dedicated to the communications and the international broadcasting. RadioCuba is provided with three transmitting centers of short wave of big potency with coverage to the whole America and other regions of the world.
