And I say happy coincidence, because it will be precisely the PSUV the one that will give continuity to his legacy through the current and future generations, this organization will be in charge of leading and taking to reality the dreams that he kneaded during his short and fruitful existence, which will support in high place the integrationist, humanist, of sovereignty and independence ideas that embraced since his days as a cadet and that hoisted to fight against the imperialist voraciousness in defense of his Venezuela and of all the Latin-American and Caribbean nations.

The Party will be the embodiment of Chávez and his 7 million party members the representatives of all the social, economic and political aspirations of most of the Venezuelans, who will have to do in the PSUV the leading strength of the Program of the Homeland in the conditions of struggle that imposes the imperialism, in its frustrated targets to destroy the Bolivarian Revolution.

We had wanted to see him in the Polyhedron of Caracas, during the special meeting of the Congress, along with the 357 delegates, with his communicative charisma and his burning and passionate verb, next to the chiefs and friends who met to celebrate his birthday, but although his figure did not appear, his thought was in every word, in every slogan, in every call to the unit of all the revolutionaries of the continent and of the world, like the only way to conquer the hegemonic strategy of the North American imperialism and the national oligarchies.

He would had enjoyed like nobody the euphoria through that his Homeland lived in these days of celebrations, especially, when the South Common Market (MERCOSUR) agrees the creation of a regional bank for the development and the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas and the confirms his integrationist will with the ALBA and the CARICOM, to shape a capable economic block and facing the attacks of the financial system of the postwar period and the pillage of the vulture funds.

Chávez would be happy to see as his people conquered the incendiary attack of the enemies from in and outside, that believed that his physical absence would be the opportune moment to demolish the bolivarian government and how it faces the economic war by force of scarcity provoked by the counterrevolutionary business world, which does of it one of its principal weapons against the bolivarian process.

The Cuban, happy to see how much the peoples love and how his ideas have today more strength and validity that ever and it is for it, for this love that we have, that led by our youth, the day "Si tengo un hermano" convened to honor him in his 60th birthday, will spread until August 13th, birthday 87 of his brother Fidel, to join them once again in the memory of Martí and Bolívar and in the history of the big friends of all times.
