The jury presided by the experienced radial reporter, Pedro Paneque Ruiz, granted the award in the printed matter category to Enrique Atiénzar Rivero, from the Adelante Newspaper. Also, the designer of this printed and digital organ, Alejandro Bonet Piñón, received the recognition in Design and Photography.

In Television was awarded the specialized reporter in cultural topics of the Camagüeyan telecenter, Aimé Amargos Gorrita; while the recognized director of informative spaces in the Provincial Broadcasting Station Radio Cadena Agramonte, Rosa María Moros, received the accolate in provincial broadcasting station Radio Cadena Agramonte. From this institution also Esther Borges Moya and Reyvi Bilbao were awarded in the Digital Journalism.

Was also recognized in a special way after the reporter Pedro Pablo Sáez, from Radio Florida broadcasting station, for his intense work in research works, and the moment was propitious to deliver to Daicar Saladrigas González, from Adelante newspaper, the National Prize 26 de Julio.

The Pisto Manchego awards, for the work of the year, are delivered in occasion of the birthday of the Cuban national poet, Nicolás Guillén, who exercised the journalism and supported a daily column in the local press under this name. This recognition is delivered to living persons, with individual character, in five sections: printed, radial, digital, television and graphic matter (caricaturists, photographers or cameramen), and it consists of a diploma and 1 000 pesos, for every category.
