Havanatur S.A. and American Airlines signed a new commercial contract, in effect from Monday, whereby the Cuban tour operator begins to sell tickets from the US airline through its more than 80 offices around the country.

The eighth and last US airlines company to open commercial flights to Havana was Alaska, which opened that route on Thursday with a flight from Seattle to the city´s Jose Marti International Airport.
