CAMAGÜEY.- It is 5:30 am and while everyone is still sleeping they feel the hectic steps of the working mother preparing breakfast, her little girl’s backpack, the clothes and all that it takes to get to the teaching institution early You expect us to be punctual every day.
From early on, the children’s circles open and upon reaching that wonderful center we find the welcome smile, the tender hug, the hand that caresses each child, the invitation to play and learn and the permanent call to maintain that necessary and close bond between The family and the institution.
Once we leave our children there, many times with tears in their eyes or with the excitement of sharing with their friends, we are confident that they cannot be in better hands than in those educators who not only fulfill their pedagogical role , but often assume the responsibility of mothers by ensuring the care of each infant.
And although today with the improvement of the educational coverage we appreciate a greater enrollment in the classrooms, there is no doubt that each child is guaranteed a quality education in the children’s circles.
Very complex is a daily day in these institutions, because the staff that works there ensures that our children learn the mother tongue, the world of objects, hygiene habits and norms, physical exercises, music, plastic arts and achieve an adequate relationship with the group.
It is worth noting the selfless work of those who often anonymously prepare a varied diet early in the kitchen, which ensures and provides the proteins and nutrients necessary for the development of our children.
Special mention also for those who ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of each room and area of the center, for that nurse concerned with the health of the children, and for a board of directors that cares and occupies because the children’s circle plays the educational role with quality That corresponds to him.
When the coming April 10 marks 60 years of the creation of these institutions, at the idea of the heroine Vilma Espín, no doubt, not only the joy will be multiplied by this great conquest, but the eternal gratitude of many families for the privilege of have this great house where our children have the opportunity to grow, develop and take solid steps in their early childhood.
