CAMAGÜEY-. The post offices in Camagüey offer post cards allegoric to the Day of the Latin American Medicine and the Teachers’ Day, as new goals for the increase of the services for the population.
The ones destined for doctors are already for sale in the newsstands, post offices and hospitals of the capital municipality, with over ten formats. Likewise, the ones in honor of the Teachers’ Day are available.
With this initiative, the company shows its aim of providing a more complete service, which adds to the celebration dates that are usual such as February 14, Mothers’ Day and Fathers’ Day.
The general director of the post office company Yoleisy Ramírez Sánchez declared that there is a group of actions that by the end of the year will add up to over 40 000 services, among them, home delivery for order payment, phone and electric bills, delivery of packages both nationals and internationals, and payment of social assistance.
The Cuban Post Office foresees to minimize the affectations considering the deficit of fuel in the last few months. To the moment, as a strategy to control the situation, the transportation of the press to the municipalities has been covered by the buses carrying people to the main municipality for doctor’s appointments.
