CAMAGÜEY.- In the last three or four years, consecutively, the Provincial Council of Plastic Arts has organized different exhibitions that are added to the Photographic November event, designed and sponsored by the National Council of Plastic Arts and the Photo Library of Cuba .

This year, the theme is 19th century photography, one that was used more for medical and anthropological purposes in general than for artistic purposes.

However, more open and general themes have always been accepted and encouraged in this city, which, although they are not registered as officials in the national contest, are representative of local artists and other guests who have come to present their work here .

Also, due to the epidemiological conditions that exist in the capital of Cuba, this year it will take place there virtually, but in Camagüey we will also use the physical variant based on local conditions.

SO FAR WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM:

Friday, November 6, 8:30 p.m .: Cabalgar el viento, personal photographic exhibition of American artist Paul Murray. Republic Gallery 289.

Wednesday 11, 5:00 p.m .: Venice, personal photographic exhibition of the Camagüey artist Audrey de Varona. Julio A. Mella Provincial Library.

Friday 13, 5:00 p.m .: The mystery of light, exhibition by the artist Leonardo Mejías from Camagüey. Julián Morales Gallery of Uneac.

Friday 26, 3:00 p.m .: Kairós, personal exhibition of the artist Adrián Juan Espinoza. Armando Bonet Gallery of the ACCS.

To the extent that virtual exhibitions are already accessible on the networks, we will notify and provide the electronic addresses so that they can be visited. This is a variant that will be used regularly in the near future.
