I am interest in debating this topic during the IVth Forum of Young people of the Americas. It is about the inclusion of the disabled persons to achieve a real participation in the social life, this inclusion that goes beyond the proper word and creates the conditions for the full integration into the society, across organizations that watch for the rights of the persons that like me suffer from some disability, like the Cuban Association of Persons with Motor and Physical Disabilities (ACLIFIM).

There are no doubts that the VIIth Summit of the Americas and the forums that precede it, to be held in Panama, will be in the front of many media of the continent and a little more.

The Cuban presence in these hemispherical events, for the first time, is an additional stimulus for the coverage of the event. For it the Cuban youth will help with a clear mission, to represent worthily its nation and to be on a par of this historical moment.

Participating there gives us the opportunity of showing to the young people of America a Cuba different from the one that show the big mass media. The young people will debate topics of interest for the Cuban society, like demanding the cessation of the criminal blockade that imposes on us the United States, a politics that affects the normal development of the Cuban youth.

Also we will exhibit the outcomes of Cuba on the subject of Human Rights, and that include the access to the health, education, security, democracy and other concepts that, for being about our country, are manipulated often from the exterior. In all of them, the young people that inhabit this island of the Caribbean will be able to show personal experiences that will help its complete comprehension.

We will be able to speak about how the Revolution guarantees our rights like human beings, from the most elementary: the right to life up to others that sometimes are forgotten by the governments, as education, health and culture.

About these topics the Cuban we have much that to say, although that does not exclude that we could hear the experiences of other models to enrich ours, taking the positive aspects. To Panama we will go to show a real Cuba seen from the youngest.

The Cuban young people we hope to contribute with our experiences to the construction of the lines of the continent that we need. This moment through that we want to live, I hope it is not steamed up by the dominance of some that think about how to be just a part of a media show and have no respect for the criterion of the majority.

This Summit will be historical, for the first time there will not be unjust exclusions. Our principal intention will be to go to show a country that is not perfect, but is among the fairest of the world. We hope to accomplish this mission at a height of our people.
