CAMAGÜEY. - Adaptation measurements the climate change allow today a better environmental panorama to Camagüey, the most extensive province of Cuba, that shows advances after the step of the hurricane Irma in September, 2017.

The environmentalist tasks include the development of renewable energy with the construction of photovoltaic parks, "that have allowed the reduction of pollutant gases the ambience in a thousand 357 tons of CO2", the specialist annotated.

To diversify the croops, and improvement of the soils, to introduce varieties resistant to the new stage of temperature, actions of conservation, control of epidemics and investigations to reduce the infections, as well as the implementation of the System of Monitoring of Early Alert, also appear in the agenda of the Citma.

In full cyclonic period for the Caribbean Sea, governmental institutions and groups of specialists emphasize the perception of the risk in the population, and prioritize the formation on environmental topics in new generations, especially in the municipalities with coast.
