HAVANA, CUBA.- The presentation of the new version of the Cuban opportunities portfolio for foreign investment, considered fundamental in the progress of certain economic sectors, will be one of the main attractions this Tuesday at the Havana International Trade Fair, FIHAV 2017.

According to the program, at the inauguration of the Second Investment Forum, to be held for two days at the Expocuba fairgrounds - FIHAV headquarters-, Rodrigo Malmierca, Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment, will present the fourth update of this portfolio to entrepreneurs of some 70 nations.

In addition, the minister is expected to provide details on the number of businesses agreed to date since the approval of Law 188 of Foreign Investment, in 2014.

During the opening of the fair, Malmierca said that so far this year the Cuban government has approved projects worth over two billion dollars.
