CAMAGÜEY. - Provincial Company of City Tourism Santa María comes to its adulthood this December 7. Its 18th anniversary will be celebrated with the forecast of exceeding in the current calendar the 700 000 clients attended in its 21 units, of them 13 dedicated to the gastronomic services.

The sales of this year represent ten times those of 2013 and two times the income in Cuban convertible peso of this proper year, what indicates the economic growth of the entity that will close in December with a collection of 30 million in pesos. 100 % of its income is contributed to the development of the province, 50 % in the company and the rest for the local needs. Also, 15 % of its sales in CUC is used by the Office of the Historian of the City of Camagüey for actions of conservation of the portion of the Historical Center declared by the UNESCO Cultural Heritage of the Humanity.

With two units released in 2018 - the Tents and The Station - Santa María bets at diversify its offers and to a stable presence of artistic talent qualified in each of its facilities, which helps to educate the clients in a culture of the good taste. The economic results allow the Company to have no accounts payable nor to charge and to show a certified accounting.
