CAMAGUEY.- The pedagogical school Nicolás Guillén will contribute to reduce the deficit of professors in this province since this July 5th more than 270 teachers will graduate in the Primary, Preschool and English specializations.

“We know that the training with pedagogical perspectives facilitates the teaching- educational process quality. That is why during the whole academic year our efforts are focused on training this students the best we can”, ensured Idalberto Reyes Porro, director of the institution.

He also acknowledged that students receive an integral preparation that allows them to take the knowledge as well as the value formation to the classrooms. “The majority of students enter to the universities already knowing about technological devices, use of language as well as educational tools”.

The priorities for the next school year will be focused on professional formation and orientation, the improvement of the teaching staff, the learning quality and implementations of actions to reinforce the efficacy indicators, emphasizing in attendance and retention of students.
