This project constitutes an integration system that is directed to the hydrometeorology monitoring and alertness of the superficial basins and the underground ones. The activities are directed mainly to the local institutions, to improve its adaptation capacities to the climate change and to the climatic changeability, the same ones will come up to the most vulnerable communities, where technical and experience exchanges will take place.
