Camagüey- Cuba.- The citrus plantation in the Valle de Cubitas in the northern part of the province of Camaguey harvested over 4  900 tons since January and a large part went to the production of concentrated juices to export.

Camagüey.- A total of eight workshops belonging to the Clothing and Textile Enterprise CAONEX, of the Ministry of Light Industry in Camagüey, should produce school uniforms for children and teenagers attending various stages of education.

Camaguey,-Over 2,520 senior high school students in Camaguey province will sit for entrance examinations to gain access to higher education and pursue university degree courses.

The aforesaid number means the 77 percent of the total enrolment of 12th grade students, for which this province placed fourth in Cuba, said Julio Hernández Fábregas, Chief of the Provincial Department of Senior High Schools.
