 CAMAGÜEY, (acn) Eusebio Leal, president of the National Commission of Monuments, underlined on Monday the need and importance of collective spirit in order to preserve heritage values. Leal, who is also the director of the Havana City Historian Office, offered a conference during the 4th Symposium on City Management, which inaugurated a week of cultural activities to celebrate the 496th anniversary of the founding of the city of Camagüey.
