Camagüey City,- Next September 8th the inhabitants of Santa Cruz del Sur, a southern municipality of Camagüey Province, will recall the second anniversary of the destructive effects caused to the village by Hurricane Paloma. There will be no sorrows to share because nobody was hurt and those who lost homes and belongings now have a better place to live.

HAVANA, Cuba, (acn) Only a few days from the beginning of the 2010-2011 school year and in the face of the danger of a new war in the Middle East that could bring unpredictable consequences for the world, Commander in Chief Fidel Castro will address university students on Friday, September 3, at 7:30 a.m., in the steps of the University of Havana.
